What types of events are suitable for MRT Stage Rentals?

Our Stageline SL75 mobile stage is versatile and ideal for a range of events, including concerts, festivals, corporate functions, community gatherings, and more. It’s designed to accommodate audiences of 500 to 2,000 people, making it perfect for both intimate and large-scale events.
What areas do you serve?

We primarily serve the Ottawa Valley and surrounding areas. Please feel free to contact us about your event location, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your needs.
How long does it take to set up the stage?

Our SL75 stage is equipped with hydraulic masts and stabilizers, allowing for fast and controlled deployment. Setup typically takes a few hours, depending on site conditions and additional requirements.
Is the stage weather-resistant?

Yes, the SL75 is built to withstand harsh outdoor conditions. It can endure wind speeds up to 185 kph (115 mph) without windwalls and 123 kph (76 mph) with them, making it suitable for almost any weather.
Can we display our event banners and sponsor logos on the stage?

Absolutely! Our stage includes banner space for maximum exposure, including a header banner (22’ x 2’), lateral banners (3’ x 12’), backdrop (19’ x 9’), and a skirt (up to 38’ x 3’). We can even help design custom banners and signage to make your event stand out.
What safety features does the stage include?

Safety is our priority. The SL75 is self-standing with no need for ballast or cables, and it meets and exceeds international safety standards. You can trust our stage to provide a secure foundation for your event.
How far in advance should we book?

To secure your preferred date, we recommend booking as early as possible, especially during peak event seasons. Use our booking form to check availability and reserve your date.
